These terms apply to every visit to maisonmoxi.com and every order you place with us. By using our store or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Who we are

2. Our store

Our store runs on Shopify. To place an order, you must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have permission from a parent or guardian. You agree to give accurate and complete information when you order. We currently only sell and ship to customers in the United States.

3. Products

We sell printed phone cases for iPhone and Samsung Galaxy. Each case is printed to order by our print partners.

We show our designs and colors as accurately as we can. Colors on your screen can differ slightly from the printed case, and small differences in print placement are normal.
Product images are mockups that show the design and case type.
Please make sure you choose the right phone model and finish before you order.
MagSafe compatibility: our MagSafe-compatible cases work with MagSafe accessories. Charging compatibility with non-Apple MagSafe chargers is not guaranteed.

4. Personalized products

If you add text or images to a personalized case, you confirm that you have the right to use them and that they do not infringe anyone's rights or break the law. We may refuse or cancel an order with content that is offensive, illegal or infringes someone else's rights. We print your text as you enter it, so please check spelling before you order.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD). Shipping costs and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown when you placed your order.

6. Orders

Your order is a request to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is an obvious error in price or product information, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.

7. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is described in our Shipping policy. Issues, reprints and refunds are described in our Return and refund policy.

8. Intellectual property

All designs, images, texts and other content in our store belong to MaisonMoxi or our licensors. You may not copy, sell or use them without our written permission.

iPhone and MagSafe are trademarks of Apple Inc. Samsung and Galaxy are trademarks of Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. MaisonMoxi is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple or Samsung. We use these names only to show which phones our cases fit.

9. Use of our store

You may not use our store for anything illegal, to harm others, to spread malware, to collect other people's data, or to interfere with how the store works. We may block access if you break these terms.

10. Reviews and messages

If you send us a review, photo or idea, you allow us to use it in our store and on social media, with your first name or username. You confirm it is your own and does not break the law or anyone's rights.

11. Third-party services

We use third parties such as Shopify, payment providers, Printify and shipping carriers. Their own terms and privacy policies also apply to the services they provide. Links to other websites are for your convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

12. Liability

We do our best to keep our store accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee it is always error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy policy.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of mandatory consumer laws of the place where you live. Have a complaint? Email us first; we will try to find a solution together. If we cannot, a dispute may be brought before the competent court in the Netherlands, or the court where you live if the law gives you that right.
