Shipping policy

Every MaisonMoxi phone case is printed just for you after you place your order. Here is how long that takes, where we ship and what shipping costs.

1. Production time

Your case goes into production right after your order is confirmed:

Phone Case With Card Holder: 1 to 3 business days
Magnetic Impact-Resistant Case and Impact-Resistant Case: 1 to 2 business days

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. During busy periods, such as the holiday season, production can take a little longer.

2. Delivery times and shipping rates

Delivery time starts once your case has shipped and comes on top of the production time. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the total weight of your order. The price below is for one case; each extra case in the same order adds a small amount based on weight.

The exact rate for your order is always shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery times are estimates from our print and shipping partners, not guarantees. Delays caused by carriers or weather are outside our control.

3. Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. Orders with a shipping address outside the U.S. cannot be placed.

4. Multiple packages

Our cases are printed at different print facilities. If you order more than one item, your order may arrive in separate packages on different days. You only pay the shipping shown at checkout.

5. Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link.

6. Sales tax

Where sales tax applies, it is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

7. Address errors

Please check your shipping address carefully before you order. Notice a mistake? Email us right away. Once your case is in production or has shipped, we can no longer change the address. If a package cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we can send a reprint at your cost.

8. Lost or damaged packages

If your package has not arrived 10 business days after the latest estimated delivery date, or tracking says delivered but you cannot find it, please contact us and we will look into it. Arrived damaged? Report it with photos and we send you a free reprint. See our Return and refund policy.
